新年明けましておめでとうございます！
そしてブログへのご訪問どうもありがとうございます。これからブログを開始するにあたり少し自己紹介をさせていただこうと思います。
私は現在、アメリカ人の夫と１歳の娘と３人でアメリカのシカゴに住んでおります。
母親になってからは日々育児に奮闘しておりますが、以前からの夢であったフラワーアレンジメントの教室を今年からスタートしたいと思い、まずはこのブログを始めることにしました。
ブログのタイトルである「Bloemen（ブルーメン）」はオランダ語で「花」という意味です。
以前私はオランダの企業に勤務し、日本とオランダを行き来する生活を送っていたのですが、その時花の生産国世界一である「花の国」オランダでたくさんの美しい花々に出会い魅了されました。
それがきっかけとなりフラワーアレンジメントに興味を持つようになりました。趣味で始めたフラワーアレンジメントですが、本格的に仕事にしたいと思い、プリザーブドフラワーのディプロマの資格を取得しました。また生け花の経験もあり、華道家元池坊の免状も取得しました。
様々なアレンジメントを制作する中、もっとウェディングフラワーを専門に習いたいと思うようになりました。そして更にスキルアップするため、東京にあるブーケ専門のスクールでブライダルブーケ専門のスクールに通い、生花、プリザーブドフラワー、アートフラワーを使ったウェディングブーケを多数制作してまいりました。
近い将来、自宅でフラワーレッスンをしたいと考えていますが、主にプリザーブドフラワーを使った季節のアレンジメントのレッスンを行っていこうと思っております。実際のレッスン開始日はまだ未定ですが、今年の夏、または秋ごろから開始できるよう只今準備中です。またレッスンとは別に、リクエストに応じて、ウェディングブーケ、ウェルカムボードやリングピローなどウェディンググッズの制作も行っております。子育てをしながらですので、マイペースに頑張っていこうと思います。
日々の育児で毎日ドタバタしていますが、美しい花を見ていると不思議と元気が出てきて心を豊かに、そして気持ちを明るくしてくれます。そんな花の魅力をこのブログを通して皆様にも伝えていきたいです。

Thank you for visiting my blog. This is the first day of writing this blog, so please let me introduce myself.
I live in Chicago with my American husband and 1 year old daughter.
I have been busy as a stay at home mom of my daughter. From this year, I would like to finally start my flower arrangement class at home which has been a dream of mine for a long time, and that's why I am starting this blog to share my creation.
The title of this blog "Bloemen" means "flower" in Dutch.
I used to work for a Dutch company, and often went Amsterdam where I discovered beautiful flowers. The Netherlands is the biggest flower exporting country in the world, and the country is full of pretty flowers all year round. I was very inspired during my time there by the beauty of flowers.
Since then, I started to learn flower arrangement, and began to think I want to work in floral industry. I have learned how to make flower arrangement using preserved flowers, and I have acquired certificate for teaching. I am also trained in traditional Japanese flower arrangement, and am a licensed teacher of Ikenobo Ikebana.
Through making so many flower arrangements, I developed an interest in wedding flowers, and have also learned to make bridal bouquets. Since then, I have made many wedding bouquets using fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and art flowers.
I plan to host flower arrangement lessons mainly using preserved flowers. The first lesson day hasn't been determined yet, however I have been preparing to start it as soon as possible. In the meantime, I would like to make wedding flowers upon request.
